We believe the two most important things about a bar are the people who go there and the people who work there. While we offer beer, spirits, whisk(e)y and wine, we mostly make cocktails. We start by hand pressing citrus into each glass for freshness, measure every ingredient to ensure accuracy, and add just the right amount of dilution to deliver you a proper drink. While the drinks are important, they’re not nearly as important as the person holding it. After all, we serve people. Not drinks.
